easy access attentive staff
The location provided easy access to various amenities. I appreciated the proximity to both the metro station and shopping center. Everything was within easy reach. The staff members were consistently attentive and ready to help with directions.
The air conditioning unit was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. It either felt too cool or not effective enough, impacting sleep quality.

non-working air conditioning bathroom mold
the staff was helpful , which was acceptable.
the air conditioning did NOT work. the room felt too warm. i also found mold in the bathroom, REALLY UNPLEASANT. THE room had not been vacuumed WELL, and the armchair had stains.

The location was AMAZING. The metro station is SO close. The room itself had no unnecessary frills. I found it offered good value for the money. I appreciated the friendly front desk staff. They helped me with all my needs.
The hotel decoration felt a LITTLE dated.

I enjoyed the option to make fresh orange juice at breakfast. It was a VERY nice touch. The breakfast included a variety of options, always fresh. The breakfast service starts early in the morning.

The hotel has its own parking lot, I noticed several spaces were available all the time. Access to the reception from the parking lot is barrier-free, a great detail. A shopping center is directly below the hotel.

The staff was REALLY pleasant and smiling, both at the reception and the chambermaids. The front desk staff was helpful. They were there to assist with any need. I appreciated this greatly.

the hotel is part of a smaller complex of shops. a supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy, and laundry service are on its top floor. there is barrier-free access to the reception from the parking lot. the room had barrier-free access.
access to the hotel is complicated. it is awkward to get in and out, even with gps assistance. the room was much more cramped than i expected. there was barely enough room to walk around the bed.

an amazing stay with lovely moments
great breakfast easy access shopping mall
The staff showed true kindness. the breakfast included many varieties. I enjoyed the fresh, warm oven rolls! the location provides easy access to transportation. i found the shopping mall right under the hotel a good and unexpected bonus.
the window opens just a bit, so we couldn't cool the room.
