The location provided easy access to various amenities. I appreciated the proximity to both the metro station and shopping center. Everything was within easy reach. The staff members were consistently attentive and ready to help with directions.
The air conditioning unit was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. It either felt too cool or not effective enough, impacting sleep quality.

the air conditioning did NOT work. the room felt too warm. i also found mold in the bathroom, REALLY UNPLEASANT. THE room had not been vacuumed WELL, and the armchair had stains.

The location was AMAZING. The metro station is SO close. The room itself had no unnecessary frills. I found it offered good value for the money. I appreciated the friendly front desk staff. They helped me with all my needs.

the hotel is part of a smaller complex of shops. a supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy, and laundry service are on its top floor. there is barrier-free access to the reception from the parking lot. the room had barrier-free access.
access to the hotel is complicated. it is awkward to get in and out, even with gps assistance. the room was much more cramped than i expected. there was barely enough room to walk around the bed.

The staff showed true kindness. the breakfast included many varieties. I enjoyed the fresh, warm oven rolls! the location provides easy access to transportation. i found the shopping mall right under the hotel a good and unexpected bonus.
the window opens just a bit, so we couldn't cool the room.
